The Client is granted a complimentary non-exclusive license to use the images and floor plans for all commercial purposes related to the sale, marketing, and advertising of the property or the Client's professional portfolio.

Counties Serviced: Anne Arundel, Baltimore County, Baltimore City, Carroll, Howard. Other counties considered upon special request, and may be subject to additional fees.

Eastern Shore & Washington DC by special request with advanced notice, and may be subject to additional fees

Turnaround time: You can expect your photos to be delivered next day, including Saturdays, unless otherwise specified.

Cancellation & Travel Policy: Additional travel fees may be applied at photographer’s discretion. A $70 cancellation fee will be applied at Corcoran Photo LLC’s sole discretion for appointments canceled after 7:00PM the day before the scheduled photoshoot. A $90 fee will be charged if the photographer arrives on site and the home is not prepared for photos and the shoot must be rescheduled or if additional time is spent on site helping the agent or client prep the home.
